Hi! I'm Eric Y Chen
and this is my story

I am an entrepreneur who decided it wasn't too late to quit the 9-5. After a traumatic car accident, I was left bedridden for several months, missing internal organs, and a 9-inch scar straight down my stomach. I decided life was definitely too short to be working for "the man". While I was fortunate enough to land a phenomenal position at Google on the sales team

I didn't find it fulfilling. Day after day, grinding on the phone talking to business owners, I discovered I was on the wrong side of the telephone.

I was making Google millions in sales while I was getting paid a small commission. My job was to provide marketing strategies to business owners and I began to notice a trend. I began reading books throughout my recovery and I had read the 4-Hour Workweek, and so many of these business owners mentioned that the book had changed their lives. They were self-made entrepreneurs doing 6-7 figures, or small teams running 8 figure in revenue a year. The grass didn't necessarily seem greener on the other side, but the idea to tend to your own grass, water it, nourish it, and to make your own grass so green, Google would be calling MY business. I was hooked. After a short 6 months, I gave Google a 3-month notice that I was leaving to start my own business (They decided to keep me until month 9 since I was hitting 300%+ of quota). This was the start to my entrepreneurial journey.

This brings us
to present times

I began my entrepreneurial journey with Amazon FBA providing a new perspective on vast businesses opportunities. I traveled to many factories in China to source my very first products and brought them to market. Managing a few road bumps along the way, I was able to overcome these obstacles and put newfound experiences to good use.

I partnered up with a team of talented individuals to fulfill bigger pursuits and market opportunity. We consul startup companies and individuals to bring their product to markets.

My goals and passion are to launch various products in multiple sectors, expanding infrastructure where needed. I am slowly but surely learning new platforms to elevate my own businesses and better equip myself to serving clients. I aim to bring value to those around me and logging the process of the entrepreneurial journey so others can learn from my mistakes.

I host the largest Bay Area Amazon Seller Meetup Group, engage in speaking events on various such topics such as e-commerce, building products, entrepreneurship, and go to market strategies.
